What will happen if I cut a tree ? nothing...totally ignored.
What will happen if I kill a hen ? it will become biriyani.
What will happen if I kill a cattle on the road ? I can pay money to its owner and the cattle will be sliced and sold out.
What will happen if I kill a dear/lion/elephant ? I will be taken for trial and tribulation, but I can come out if I have the money power..
What will happen if I kill a person ? I will get a penalty of life sentenced or hanged till death and from heart I will not be happy and I may killing myself and that will be the right choice, if I didn't get punishments from Law makers.
Almost Law/system of rules in all countries are made favor only to Man kind. We share this world with other living beings and we are not even bothered about it. Forget about the NGOs that saves animals/birds/trees, those are not effective if every one in this nation are part of it.
Pain of Death is common for all living beings, but only human lives are considered and safe guarded by Law makers...Why ?
I can foresee a day, where there will be very less trees and in TIMES OF INDIA, we will be reading an article saying the Supreme court given life imprisonment to a person who axed down a sapling on the roadside.
So we always and only react on worse case scenario and lets wait for that.
