They think that they run the whole Organization....they will always ignore our emails..... skip our calls.....and speak against our promotion in moderation. 
They excessively enjoy all company benefits, but they will not allow others to enjoy even their eligibility. Always busy  status in Lync.....irritating hi-fi english reply.....talk like a CEO in all people connect.....finally not for employees...they are for themselves. They grow and they only grow in an Organization.

We can see this type of people in HR, Finance, Resource Scheduling, Transport desk, Travel desk, SE assistance, IT help desk........

Hi Out there.....change yourself and think about employee service at least for an hour in a day :-)
